STP PAYMENT REQUEST PROCEDURE
- All requests for payments MUST be approved:
– School/Club Activities: School Director
– Committee Activities: STP Committee Chair
NOTE: We recommend having an e-mail conversation with the Director or Committee Chair in advance of incurring any expenses to get “pre-approved.” If you are not “pre-approved,” you run the risk of not being reimbursed.
- Complete payment/reimbursement form. You must either have the form signed by the Director/Committee Chair OR the completed form must be emailed to the STP Treasurer by the Director/Committee Chair indicating his/her approval.
- Submit receipts or supporting documentation electronically with the form. (CAM SCANNER is a free app that you can use for this). All information must be clear/legible.
- Approved requests will be paid within 3 weeks.
